I want to start eating healthy but I am having such difficulty starting. I get eat pizza, burgers, and fries I eat my emotions.

What was the catalyst for the loss of the original 65lbs? Was there a particular event that motivated that? How hard was it to implement those healthy changes? Can you resume that routine again as its worked for you in the past?

For me, it came down to shifting my perspective about food itself. I had to start seeing food as literally fuel. Nothing else. It was what allowed me to do all the other stuff in my life, it couldn’t be the purpose of my life.

Once you break that perspective of a bad day = a pepperoni pizza or a tough personal discussion = a burger and fries the cycle gets broken. That’s when you start to empower yourself to be stronger than your urges.
