When I first started I threw myself on bar and dared anyone to move me. I worked at a licensed store prior but it was only the basic frappuccinos and espresso drinks. Even when there are so many drinks you cant handle it slow and steady always wins the race and even if you mess up it takes a minute to remake something. Smile! I'm kind of stoic and have RBF so this was my biggest thing to work on and dont be afraid to ask for help! I'm a partner of about 6 months and I love my sb family they make everything worthwhile and so do the nice regulars. Remember that rude customers are probably already having a bad day and while you dont have to bend over and take BS being nice to someone will probably make them rethink how they're treating you.
