Started a new run today, all-mage party. Conjurer, sorcerer, wild mage, necromancer. wizards only fools!

And you're the one not reading. "Giving" hits is irrelevant when you can't miss. Throwing daggers attack more than slings. "Taking" hits is irrelevant when the enemy is incapacitated.

Not getting hit is completely realistic considering almost no one is attempting this kind of run without having played the game before. And they can just Invisibility scout ahead if they haven't.

You can dismiss that a Mage group won't hardly ever get hit because you can't play it that way, but tell me, how would you deal with, say, groups of named NPC's with a group of mages? Like the ones above the Nashkel mines exit or outside Cloakwood? Run in blindly, then starting casting spells? Of course you're at risk of getting hit if you charge in like a barbarian. No, you either scout ahead or know where they are and Web them... and they never move.
