I’m on 40mg vyvanse (similar to adderall) and .5 mg Ativan (similar to xan) currently :). It’s a great combination. I am prescribed to take 40mg vyvanse every weekday, then have 15x .5 mg Ativan to “use every other day as needed”. My previous doc had me on Ativan first for as needed and also Wellbutrin for adhd which didn’t work so he put me on adderall. He never said not to mix the two, but I didn’t ask because I did my own research. My new doc had no problem with my previous Rx’s but switched me to vyvanse Bc there’s less side effects. I told her I get 15 Ativan a month and she just said okay and prescribed it. She also didn’t tell me not to mix it although I didn’t ask. I figured she assumes I would be mixing it sometimes due to having 15 of them a month and 30 vyvanse
