Starting Gym when skinny?

If you aren't seeing results as a newbie after 2 months of training (I mean results at the bar, not your body) the truth is you just aren't eating enough. Get on some supplements like MG and force yourself to eat. Don't worry about macronutrients right now, just eat clean and eat a lot. Lift hard.

Don't worry about what people think at the gym. You know those guys who are shredded or generally meaty as fuck? You're talking to us right now. We don't know you exist. And if we do, it's because we're glad to see you there. When I see very slim guys in the gym, I want to run up and hug them for taking the steps to getting fit.

Mostly though, we're too busy form checking ourselves in the mirror to worry about what you're doing.

Go to the gym buddy. Do it ASAP because you can either be strong a year from now or you can still be not as strong. One year and you can put on 20lbs of lean muscle mass if you eat right. After that it'll slow down but that 20 pounds will do wonders for your appearance.
