Definitely salvagable: - Blackthornes Set - Tyrael's Might

I'd just keep follower items with the bonus that doesn't let them die. I'd keep most of the DH sets for now for sorting out later.

Karley's Point is for Shadow Impale build. Might keep it. Definitely keep the Elusive Ring. (might cube it later - depends)

I'd keep Ess of Johan as quite some builds recommend it. I'd also keep the Endless Walk Amulet Set (Amu+Compass Rose Ring).

Follower items: Overwhelming Desire Amulet can be a nice follower item. Same goes for Raven's Wing as it has a bit of GF which can be nice in the beginning to have on a follower. Wyrdward Ring in Combination with Thunderfury + Oculus Ring is nice for the Templar.

Cube: definitely cube the Aquila Cuirass, Cindercoat, Hexing Pants, Magefist, Star of Azkaranth Amu, Strongarm Bracers (these can be quite useful for some builds, tho), Krelms Buff Bracers/Belt (Belt is nice in the beginning), String of Ears - I'd cube every belt, though. Shard of Hate, RoRG, Illusory Boots and Hands, Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac, definitely avarice ring, Zoey's Secret belt (if you wanna play Marauder - switchable with Witching Hour)

trash: Firewalkers, Krede's Flame, Heart of Iron, Trag'Ouls bracers (those can be helpful for support builds, though), Stormshield = Follower item or trash, Lacunis, Pox Faulds, Rachel's Ring of Larcency
