State empolyees will join teachers in walkout if lawmakers can't approve $213 million in pay raises

Not sure why they are focused on what I have. Food in America is expensive regardless of wage. The cost of living to the wages paid in my area are horrendous. If I’m not allowed to save $30 a week out of my hard earned money to buy something I want and complain about food prices, you guys never struggled. Period. Most of yas would probably spend that $30 on booze or cigarettes, but going to be mad that I have one nice thing that I worked hard in my life for. Sorry to say but $30 of food isn’t very much regardless if I put it there instead of the bank anyways. I didn’t starve putting the money away, I just passed up and compromised on some things. Doesn’t make the food any less expensive. I worked for Obama’s care at $19.75 an hour two years ago and was laid off and rehired at $11. Pay 1k in bills roughly and buy a months worth of healthy food on $11. Bet you come back here and bitch with me.
