I know it is super vague, but I think what would help is like a...no editorializing rule? Like "ISIS Execution Compilation" is accurate and non-offensive, we all know ISIS executes people and they are pretty pumped about it, so I doubt they mind getting called out. But if instead it is called "Muslim Execution Compilation" and is buttressed by content (pictures, words, etc) meant to incite hate against Muslims in general, that should be an issue. Same with the whole BLM/AR thing. You want to create a cop-killing compilation and choose to just show black people committing the crime? Fine, whatever, knock yourself out. But then making the implication that these are BLM endorsed actions and editing the video to further that implication/agenda...this ain't the place for that. I'd be iffy about even specifying the compilation as "Black people killing cops" because that is still obviously race-baiting, considering the political climate in the US right now. In death all creeds of people are equally filled with maggots and we should respect that.
