The math doesn't work out. The equations that predict the probability of radioactive decay are well understood and have been around for 70 years but those equations are nonlinear and do not have explicit solutions. You can use numerical solvers but that just gives you an approximation. And indeed we do see that there is more stable isotopes around Element 115 but its on the order of microseconds. Anyway, I am not trying to rain on anyone's parade but to me his story does not pass the smell test and is directly contradicted by scientific evidence. Doesn't mean that UFOs are not real and these declassified videos provide strong evidence that they are in fact quite real.
