Translation:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

In the name of Allah the most merciful

إِنْ جَاءَكُمْ فَاسِقٌ بِنَبَأٍ فَتَبَيَّنُوا أَنْ تُصِيبُوا قَوْمًا بِجَهَالَةٍ فَتُصْبِحُوا عَلَى مَا فَعَلْتُمْ نَادِمِينَ

-Quranic verse that means-

((If a wicked person comes to you with any news, ascertain the truth, lest ye harm people unwittingly, and afterwards become full of repentance for what ye have done.))

The Band 101 Ground Forces removed two wrong doers from the Band. Then these two persons went to the JN emirs and made faulty claims that Band 101 is a regime client and that Harakat Hazm's weapons are with the Band's leadership and it's in the town of Harbanoosh in Idlib's countryside.

Based on these claims JN formed a convoy and stormed the town. Clashes followed between the Band and JN, and a JN member died and others wounded while some Band 101 members got wounded one of them in a serious condition. This led the Band's leadership to order a ceasefire to avoid bloodshed.

Then some JN members stormed the house of Hajj Ibrahim al-Dabbas who was preparing a group to go to the front line (against SAA) as is the habit. JN seized Band 101's armor that was supposed to go to the front line and they harassed Hajj Ibrahim's father and beat him.

We in the command of Band 101 Ground Force condemn and deplore the aggressors' acts; first for the sake of the town's sacredness and second for the property of Band 101, which was carried out based on unfounded and faulty claims. We also invite the aggressor to return the Band's properties and submit to the law in court and to let justice prevail. We also invite Jaish Alfatih and Ahrar al-Sham to become a third party and form a court to bring forth the two people who made the claims as well as hold the aggressors accountable based on Islamic law.
