Stay-at-home order issued for San Francisco Bay Area, ahead of state mandate

The house I lived in is worth more than 10 times what my parents sold it for in the early 90s. I think we sold the 3 bedroom, 1/8 acre lot house for 120k in Alameda. Last I checked it is worth 1.4 million, my father wished he kept onto it and rented it out. I visited 4 years ago, the garage was filled with garbage and the lawn hadn't been mowed in a long time, there was also old cars parked in front of it that didn't look like they had been moved in years. The playground I use to play at was all rusty and the paths for the bicycles I used to ride were all cracked. My favorite icecream shop had closed and the pizza place my family had so much fun at was disgusting and dirty. I at one point recently thought about raising my family in the Bay Area since I had such a good childhood, but when I visited it was nothing like it was in the 80s and 90's.
