Stay Away From zFrontier - Terrible Communication, No Recent Updates, Well Past Delivery, Refuses To Respond to Customers (Elemento fr87 Group Buy)

  1. I've participated in several group buys for boards and keycaps.

  2. My issue is communication, something that's shared by the other members of the group buy in the Geek Hack link.

  3. I've sent 7 emails trying to get in touch, trying to be polite, requesting assistance to reup the PayPal buyer protection and got nothing. I waited a full month after the last update, and then waited one more week after that.

So yeah, it bugs me that I'm being completely ignored (as are others...again, check GH thread) but somehow there's time to send superfluous updates about newer group buys to me.

The world isn't falling apart. It's a fucking keyboard. If I've lost my money I've lost my money. I am fortunate enough to earn enough money to be able to take the hit on a luxury enthusiast input device. The only reason I brought up buyer protection was for some accountability from someone.

But yeah, it's clearly all my fault.
