The problem my husband and I are experiencing is that we don't have a clue if we've already been sick with mild symptoms, we're currently sick with mild symptoms or if we've been fine this whole time.

We both got a fever, small cough and sore throats that lasted for about 3 days. We stayed inside, but even by the second day, we were feeling much better. We only checked off all of the symptoms for a bit (fevers lasted under a few hours). I still have a cough, but I smoke weed and I have a cough often. We read guidelines were to quarantine until 24 hours after your fever ends, we both gave it 48+. We did go out today and only for groceries, so I feel like I've done everything right. But, now we wonder if we even got it or not.
