Staying in Japan after JET

yoooo UVERWORLD is my favorite jrock band. Honestly right now it's hard to say. I cant just drop JET, join Sony and be like "we are investing money into overseas promotion now". My career trajectory plan as of now is to join a smaller record company and eventually be able to be in charge of my own individual units/groups and grow them from there. From there Id like to get to a larger company and do the same thing with a larger budget. I dont necessarily think it would compete with k pop though, I dont really see k pop competing with western music after all and with services like spotify (which japan is sorely lacking in getting their artists on there and other digital platforms which is a big problem that I wanna help). But uhhh this is completely irrelevant to the thread so my apologies to OP
