Staying a sissy

Hmm. Kinda tough. I think once you get to the point of just thinking of your panties as just underwear, you would stop associating it with a fetish and it would just become second nature to slip into without thinking. I haven't worn male underwear in like 7 years but I also don't have anything I would consider sexy. I just buy solids and prints and it's more of a "what feels cute today" when getting dressed.

You would have to create habits to treat things as your new normal. So wearing some panties everyday until you stop thinking about it. Shaving your legs every couple days to where you start wondering if you shaved in the last couple days before putting on shorts (create an association with wearing shorts with having shaved legs basically). Create grooming habits that you follow like correcting stray hairs on your brow, etc.

It's like going to the gym. Most people start strong and then stop going after a few weeks. Successful gym people will go without thinking too much by creating a habit. Once a habit is created, it starts to feel wrong not doing something. The hard part is creating the habit, it takes time to force yourself to go 3-4 times a week until it becomes your new normal. They say usually a month or so.

Looking for blackmail is trying to cut corners, like buying a miracle pill that'll make you fit without working out.

I did have a couple purge phases early on but I think a good catalyst was separating the sexy from the normal. Like I said before, I have a drawer of just solid and print panties and barely anything remotely sexy. I have womens clothes that aren't really sexy, normal outfits like womens jeans and a t shirt, short shorts, etc. I sleep in a long tee and panties. Basic and boring that couldn't really be associated with a fetish. These are also low thought outfits so there's no real overthinking other than maybe checking to make sure my butt looks good in what I'm wearing before I go out.
