STD in my NEO VAG?!?!?!?!

a neovagina doesn't have all the organs a vagina has.

Unless for specific pathogens such as orchiditis (inflammation of testes), cervicitis (infection of cervix), prostatitis, etc. a transgender person who underwent SRS can have exactly the same disease as a cis person, not only because embriologically speaking the vagina turns into scrotum, the clit into a penis, etc., but most (if now all, as far as I remember) STD equally affect both sexual tissue: i.e. HPV will infect a penis, a clit, an uterus, the tongue; gonorrhea will infect penis, vagina, your eye...

The recommendations are exactly the same for all people: if you don't know/trust your sexual partner, wear a condom (there are both male and female ones), and as for oral sex there exist latex or latex-like strips. It's not as cool as without, but I'd never put my pleasure above my health.
