Stealing.

I'm a scumbag and I'm prepared for all the down votes, although considering the name of the thread, I should be upvoted.

From the management:

I stole cases of liquor and individual bottles from the liquor room, because they were careless and ordered way too much for some parties and New Year's Eve. I'm talking about a case of grey goose and a buffalo trace here and there.

I would also tweak my hours from the aloha admin account because I knew the password.

Order myself some food and comped it later. Or even better, in the Focus POS system they added a "add food" or liquor button, where you type in the food and add your own price. I ordered myself food every day, just copying it exactly from the system menu, and pricing it at 1 cent and later "paying" for it. I punched in countless $0 orders of booze and food, sometimes making $500 a night.

I justified it by balancing the shit they gave me and everyone else (I know you might be biased towards me by now, but they were truly utterly shitty to their staff) with some compensation that I provided myself from their pocket.

From customers:

With the amount of shit I was stealing from the management, I didn't really want to steal from the customers, besides it was way harder, so I did it only once by applying the gratuity charge, which kissed some people off and backfired on me tremendously when a group of ghetto black chicks saw it on their bill. Never did it again.

From coworkers:

I don't steal from the coworkers unless they are being dickbags, lazy in a way that it affects me or unfair with their tips.

Examples: at private events I would "forget" to put a twenty here and there if I was working on the bar setup more than they did.

I like this one in particular: I worked with a cunty jewish waiter and she would tip me off way less than the bussers, even tho I made a shitton of cocktails for her. I confronted her a bunch of times but she continued to tip me way less. So I decided to take what's mine in a different way. I would reduce her hours and add them to mine after her shift was over, or I would order myself food and close it on her account, previously finding out her account password, or just plain transfer a tab to her and closing it in cash, pocketing the cash I got from the customers and making her pay without knowing.

This is just from the top of my head.
