I'm trying to stay positive but have had to cancel my step 1 exam as I was around borderline passing for the NBME and can't risk it being a foreign graduate.

What am I doing wrong? Maybe I do not know how to study First Aid properly.. Maybe I am not using ANKI deck properly? I've attached a screenshot. I need your help to figure out what is the next best approach!

I've been doing the Bros deck off and on and was suggested to look into the UsmleRX deck. I'm not sure what to do quite frankly. I know the exam is mainly from FA and UW concepts. I have used so many resources before (KAPLAN,BRS, DIT, SKETCHY) and did not get to solidify knowledge or retain much from any one solid source. At one point it felt like I was doing UW just to read it for completion sake.

Do you suggest I use Kaplan or BRS to go back and focus on just the weak subjects ?

Other than that my main issue is recall as I don't have a revision plan in my schedule. I just have been doing a subject a day and then not seeing it again for another week obviously forgetting what I learned.

What do you suggest? Should I completely stop using the Anki deck but I feel it helps recall in a way as everyone says and recalling/memorizing is where I am having the most difficultly. Or simply put everything aside and just do FA and UW along with Pathoma but this time focus on memorizing and retaining facts from FA?

Also every time I would do an NBME I would never stop and focus on the weak areas. I would complete another cycle of FA, so I feel I never gave ample time on my weaknesses.
