We applied for relief with NC Rebuild after millions and millions of dollars were given to the State by the Federal government. RMS Harris is managing the funds. I have meet and complied with every portion of the application process. I have seen “zero” dollar yet. They are still ‘thinking about how much or if any funds we shall receive.” Every time I call that is the response

I am not a conspiracy theorist but I truly believe RMS Harris is dragging feet sprinting down the millions as they “manage” the process.
