It only came up in this aquarium subreddit because there's a lot of idgets here who feel the need to sexualize everything, even in a sub about fish. And wouldn't you know it, I don't find it particularly pleasant being the focus of jokes and insinuations like that on account of actually being a gay man. It's just a milder form of the more serious bullshit that gets thrown my way. So yeah, I'll just come out and say it. It's my way to try and own it and stop things from getting to me too much.

But sometimes it does get to me a little bit and with your remarks I'd had just about enough. Other people took the hint and were able to rein it in and converse respectfully, but you couldn't let it go and had to be a little faggot about it.

If it wasn't for the jokes, your post would have little redeeming value. You have brought no pictures or videos to the table.

What are you, five? Read a book, dammit. If reading and writing with others, and sharing thoughts and reflections on a common interest feels so empty and unstimulating to you, that's really your problem.
