Steve Bell on the aftermath of the Westminster attack

I'm not defending the courts themselves. I'm defending the principle that our legal system is supposed to be a last resort after all other avenues have been exhausted.

When Muslim women (or anyone) are being bullied and coerced into agreeing something bad for them, that is terrible. Your solution however is utterly impractical. As you've pointed out. These aren't official. There isn't an official Sharia Court Bar Association or any of that shit you become a paid member for and get a license. What's to stop them calling it something else? They could call them Totally Legit Courts for all the difference it makes, then it becomes a bit like trying to ban "legal" highs proactively. Are you to just ban all Muslims from having out of court settlements?

Since you're resorting to links, here's one of mine. Citizen's Advice: Alternatives to court

"If you have a legal problem, you might have to go to court to sort it out. But going to court can be slow, expensive and stressful. There are other ways to resolve your problem known as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). You should get advice on your legal problem before deciding whether to choose some form of ADR."

This is the sort of thing you'd have to outlaw at the very least only for Muslims, or most likely, for everyone to ensure all legal matters are only dealt with in our courts.
