Steve Wozniak believes Steve Jobs would be proud of Apple today, says Samsung's ‘fun features’ aren’t ‘innovations’

Again: to me these are cosmetic conveniences that aren’t really groundbreaking enough to warrant a premium price tag.

Think back to when you first saw the iPhone. Seemed like actual magic, right? Fast forward a few years and it’s just an ordinary piece of expensive hardware that does things just about everyone takes for granted now.

And despite it being nothing short of miraculous (especially to people who grew up using the early GUIs) it raised the bar on so many levels: consumers want more and more features that allow them to passively use their machines.

And to your last point: I’m a graphic artist who only got into using Macs because my career depended on it. I’ve used basically every version of Adobe’s products, Quark XPress and a bunch of others that don’t even exist anymore on a daily basis for about 30 years. So I know what I want, and I know what’s not useful.

With respect: don’t tell me what is or is not catered to me in particular.
