I still feel the yearning for love with a women despite having swallowed the red pill. Life feels... empty.

I am sorry for how you feel and can't imagine what it's like. I can only offer you my perspective. I am not suicidal but have been depressed for the last 5 years or so. I stay up late, don't interact with anyone, don't go out, lay on my bed all the time.. the usual stuff.

But, I noticed an algorithm for breaking out of the cycle:

  1. Go do some sports. Preferably swimming (gym is good too but I get bored if I go to the gym alone)
  2. Go for morning walks around sunrise. When nobody is around and is relaxing
  3. Stay out of drama. Even online. Stop thinking about why it is bad, why everyone is shitty, etc. Take a long break from the internet.
  4. Go for a solo trip somewhere you have never been to and always wanted to go. It will rewire some brain programming.
  5. Eat healthy. This makes a surprisingly huge difference in your mental health. Eat green veggies, drink tea, cut down sugar, etc.
