It's still FN Friday, right? Problem: Frankenstein broke. Solution: load-bearing hockey tape.

The saga continues. The problem this time: weak plastic and a weak point from the dremel work. Combine that with gravity and a poor location to prop it up, and the stock broke at the hinge. Current solution: superglue, lots of hockey tape and utmost care in handling it. Future plans might involve more 3D printing for a fixed buffer tube adapter, IDK.

Gun also saw its first real combat at MSATO Operation: Rochambeau and worked flawlessly, despite being a little sluggish from the cold. Apologies for the poor lighting: my house lost power due to a local ice storm, but I still have internet.

Also in shot: new battle belt. That will get its own post when the last pouch makes it off the slow boat.
