I still haven't bonded with my three year old daughter

I never wanted kids and am one of those "pro-life for myself and pro-choice for everyone else" people. Throughout the pregnancy and even on the day of her birth I wanted to talk to the hospital staff about signing her over for adoption. But my husband then and to this day always ignored those comments; wouldn't even acknowledge I had spoken.

And to answer your question, I was the youngest out of everyone in my family by 15+ years so I was never around babies or kids. As an adult, if a friend had a kid I'd basically make a choice to fade out of their lives because I wanted nothing to do with it.

Anyway, thank you for the kind words. I have a lot to think about.
