As a Swede myself I don't understand why there are petitions to 'free' ASAP. Swedish courts actually work, we shouldn't free him just because he might've been in the right. That's up for court to decide once police have collected all evidence and testemonis available.

Unlike what some news media might say we're not North Korea and do our best to help inmates, aswell as giving them respectable living conditions, I'm not sure about the allegations regarding bad food, but it's tightly regulated here so he might just have to suck up and eat some bad tasting food for once. Atleast he'll get a balanced diet. in short, he's not having his rights violated, I highly doubt it atleast. If he is, he may sue the government. But he shouldn't be released prematurely without an actual cause.
