Yes, obviously the richest people will own more. That should be obvious.

I am also not talking about families of four. I'm talking about individuals.

Pretty much anyone with a "real" job has the opportunity of a 401k. That is a lot of people. Hell even some jobs you wouldnt expect wind up offering those sort of things. Cracker Barrel has an employee 401k plan, for fucks sake.

You can argue this all day until you're blue in the face. My original statement is true. You have not been able to disprove it and you will not be able to. You do not have to be rich to own stock.

If you, yourself are stashing your money under a mattress instead of investing it, then that is your own issue to worry about. I'm not replying after this. Do all the research you want. Your source essentially proved my point. Plenty of non-rich people own stocks.
