No, it had over 30k+ player but Fortnite had over million so it was smarter to just focus on Fortnite.
Fortnite Battle Royale has a huge amount of players and is a big success, while Paragon wasn't.
So DBD ist not a success as well? It has the same Player count like Paragon.
It had nothing to do with dedicated servers, I dunno where you are getting that information from.
If a game dies you can still play that game because you don't need the devs you just connect direct to the person.
