I wrote to the FBI for the wrong reasons ... because that page is appallingly badly presented:
There is no indication that the "poster" is 15 pages, not just the image on the front page;
The "poster" is a PDF, which is a tremendous faff for reverse image searching - the images have to be cut out by hand.
The Europol page may be no masterpiece of design but it gets the crucial information across in a portable format.
A lot of people must fall at either of these hurdles - I looked at the image on the page (not in the PDF), thought "no chance of identifying that" and almost moved on.
Now to try cutting out images with a Surface Go (10" screen) :(
