Two tiers of TANF and SNAP one for US Citizens over 18 that offer 25% monthly income for individual to 8 dependents at the 150% poverty threshold bracket with no mean-tested income. Second tier of TANF and SNAP remains the same for those not eligible for the other tier of TANF or SNAP.
Eliminate Medicare just make one umbrella Government health plan that offers 6 tiers
Tier 1 is basic - 80% reimbursement only covers healthcare and pharmaceuticals (5% income tax deduction)
Tier 2 is premium 85% covers eye, dental, pharmaceutical, and healthcare (10% income tax deduction)
Tier 3 is basic for dependent 80% reimbursement only covers healthcare and pharmaceuticals (5% income tax deduction on individual income claiming dependent)
Tier 4 is premium for dependent (85% covers eye, dental, pharmaceutical, and healthcare (10% income tax deduction)
Tier 5 is silver for seniors 100% reimbursement no tax on income for US Citizens or dependents of US Citizens 70 or older
Tier 6 is Medicaid for individuals that fall below the 200% poverty line from single to 8 dependents income tax is exempt to cover Medicaid cost
2.5% income deduction for all Veterans who opt for Government helathcare plan
