The problem that brings is of the "who polices the police?" variety. If the left has the power to de-platform the right at any given point, then who de-platforms the left when the left is going off the far end? Nobody does. This is why you see people on the left calling for violence on Twitter and doxing people but they never get banned or called out by anyone, but as soon as someone does it on the right they get the axe.

Keep in mind I'm not saying the people on the right who do it shouldn't get the axe in those cases, I think inaction is just as bad as only taking action when someone one side of political spectrum does it. Rules for thee and not for me isn't something I can get behind, and I've seen multiple cases of it where I can't deny it anymore.
