Stop saying lunas howl is a skilled weapon that rewards accuracy.

I get what you're saying here although others might miss your point due to how you wrote this. I think Luna's Howl is not such an issue since its range is very limited and can be easily outplayed by a Trust if all shots are not headshots. The slightest change in PVP sandbox can easily dethrone Luna's Howl.

Not Forgotten is a different animal, an exotic almost. And I bet it is never going to be out of the meta no matter the changes. 3 tap from the range it has is just too nice to have. Which is why it should have had greater range for very low reload and handling to offer some balance while maintaining that exclusivity to the top tier players.

You do have a sublime point in here about centering certain weapons around gameplay and not accuracy. Things like Autos, SMGs, and sidearms should not be precision weapons. They should have increased body damage but low stability (already the case for most SMGs in Year 2). This way these weapons can compete with the very close to mid range punishing enemy players who try to slide and jump and shotgun you by starting their run across the map.
