All valid points. It's just that most of the responses I see to obvious trolls in this sub are insults and downvotes, which is exactly what they want. When I say obvious, I mean incredibly obvious to the point where no one in their right mind would assume there's any sort of argument being made whatsoever. Stuff like that is a waste of time and should be treated as such. There should be no response to that at all but it'll never happen. Someone always downvotes and someone always throws out insults.

At the end of the day, if there's an actual point being made I might respond. If there isn't I'll ignore it entirely or just drop a link and go about my business.
