The police were exceptionally calm the whole duration. Good on them for dealing with this uncooperative man with such restraint.
We need more of this.

"Black men can't dance in the street now" - He looked unwell to a civilian and the two officers that rolled up, they had some questions to make sure he was well. How many non high / mentally deranged people have you ever seen dancing down the street .. so far this gentleman is the only non high one I have seen.

They were doing their jobs and doing them well. Don't like it change the laws, but reasonable suspicion leads to a lot of criminal arrests and changing those rules would lead to a lot of criminal still on the streets.
