Stormbreaker is imbued with the power of a god who, in theory, would be able to summon the Bifrost. It’s a king’s weapon, but the mold was not intended for Thor.

The Odinforce being renamed the Thorforce after Thor inherits it is not mentioned anywhere in the movies. That’s the comics. Odinforce is clearly depicted as a yellow energy with sparks. Thor has never wielded the Odinforce in the MCU. When Odin dies, Thor can access his own lighting powers as god of Thunder. Odin’s says his life force was all that was holding Hela back. The moment he dies, she’s released from her prison and Thor can access his powers. It’s obvious Odin’s life was also the Only thing preventing Thor from freely wielding his own power. He imprisoned Hela and controlled Thor’s power to prevent himself from ever being overthrown.
