I agree with u/noel345 , don't compliment on looks yet (tell her she looks great when you first meet up on the date, because she put in effort). Set a date (time/day) instead of "sometime" so you sound like a take-charge kind of guy (we like that!). Maybe suggest drinks, and then see if it leads to dinner?

"I'd love to meet you in person, would you like meet for drinks on Saturday? If we are feeling it afterwards, dinner is on me!"

I like the idea of a casual meet up, in case you guys don't get along, then you aren't stuck navigating through an entire meal. Plus drinks = liquid courage. If you aren't a drinker, then just ignore my lame advice!
