I can imagine. I heard stories when parents had to put ton of money and 4 years of effort just to be able to adopt a child. I understand it's probably for the best, since there's probably way better percentage of kids getting a loving, healthy parents this way, however it just proves that goverment should put money into orphanges, since not many kids will get adopted from them. Something I saw in Germany is that when a teenager has mental health issues caused by their parents, they can move out early to a special fascility to live a rather normal life. It's awesome to see money that is being put into helping kids with shitty homes or no home at all.
