The first thing that always comes to mind is when I was about 19 or so, I had just tried on some new jeans. I guess I had asked her what she thought or something, as I remember her being in the mirror behind me telling me "they make you look a little fat. IF you had any real friends, they would tell you that too." It became an argument after I told her if I had "real" friends they probably wouldn't give two fucks about how I dressed. This woman is morbidly obese and has no right to criticize anyone's weight. I'm overweight and wondering if she caused me to be (I was super skinny as a kid then suddenly got very, very fat) but have no memories of that time so no way to know for sure.

I got screamed at when I told her I quit the school play during my senior year of high school. It was something that was my decision, I knew from the start I would not enjoy it so I told my teacher I wanted out. I came home and let Nmom know and she just laid into me over it. I guess a normal person might ask why and say "okay" then go on with their day but not her. Being in the play would have kept me at school for rehearsals until way late at night too, which I realized after the fact would have been a problem for her too so there was no winning either way in that situation.
