I don't hate asexuals and I didn't mean to seem that way. I just think it's strange to want to be part of an ostracized community that a vast majority of the public already dislikes and many believe it's a choice or an abomination. I struggled with my sexuality when I was very young and I tried so hard to be "normal" but when I realized that society's implication of the word "normal" didn't apply to me I began to accept who I was. I accept you for being asexual but I just don't necessarily feel that asexuals have a place in a community that's based on acceptance and civil rights since, well, it's completely acceptable to not be with anyone already.
