'Straight Pride Parade' organizers say they received suspicious envelopes in the mail. They were full of glitter

Would you be able to list 10 things to be proud of for being gay? As far as I understand the gay pride movement, it is mainly about not being discriminated and being free to Express yourself without issues in addition to reminding each other of the past discrimination the LGBT community had to deal with. There isn't any stigma about being straight so this straight pride parade is silly but ignoring the people who are running it and their motives, that's all the concept is; silly. Imo there is nothing wrong with being proud of "who you are" no matter what that is. You don't need to be a minority to be proud of who you are and putting a focus on your sexuality or skintone as a cornerstone of your personality is a bit silly. Neither side needs a list of 10 things to be proud of who they are.
