This isn’t an uncommon pet peeve, but I hate it when people just can’t take a hint in chat.

In chat someone once asked me “do you like me?” Which is a super weird question, especially from someone only a day or two new to the community. I ignored it since it was kinda weird but they kept saying it like another 8 times. Finally I just silently timed him out for a minute to send a hint that I saw his message just decided that it was weird. After the 1m he came back to say “so is that a no then?”

After that I confronted what he was saying in chat and said that it’s a very uncomfortable question. But god damn can people just take a hint or two or twelve
