Oh, regarding creepy dudes and strange women.
There are creepy dudes. Use this to your advantage by not being a creepy dude! But there are normal guys as well. There are several types, and the girls will judge you as soon as they see you.
Creepy is the worst, no question. I'm not even going to try to explain how not to be creepy. Creeps and alcoholics are the worst.
College guys: bachelor parties can be fun, but that's about it. Beyond that, the girls know that the 18 to 24 year olds tend to not have that much money. They can be more attractive than many of the older guys (not always, but often). But they can be obnoxious, and they tend to want to get their jollies at the side of the stage, rather than doing a bunch of dances.
Couples. The girls tread lightly here. Many couples are there to just experience things once. Sometimes the wives/girlfriends are watchdogs making sure their husbands stay in line (which is lame, why even go?) and it annoys the dancers. But some couples make really good regulars. If you go as a couple, you have to prove that you are a cool couple, with a cool girl who wants to have fun for herself and wants her man to have fun too. Bonus for the guys: if you are there with a date, your creepiness factor drops substantially, which is great.
Single guys and business travelers. Broad spectrum here depending on personality. The girls will be drawn to you like flies if you dress well, smell nice, and seem normal. If you are intelligent and confident, you are golden. And these are the guys who bring money, and the girls know it. Especially the guys in their 30s or 40s who are in decent shape. (Old guys over 50 are likely to be have money too, but girls will not be as interested in someone older than their dad. They still want to connect to the guy.)
As for the girls, I'll try to be brief. For the most part just go with who looks nice to you. But there are a few categories worth mention:
Drug addicts: Run from them as fast as you can. If it looks like they do meth or heroin, don't bother giving them your time. If they resemble an animated skeleton or a living corpse, or their eyes are sunken, just NO. Stoners are fine. Weed is no big deal (actually weed is great). Whether you partake yourself or not is moot. Girls who get high on weed are awesome. That is, healthy normal happy girls who get high are awesome.
Girls who should have retired 5 years ago: pass. This is not to say women over 30 are never attractive or can't be good dancers. Not true at all. Some of the most awesome strippers I know have been in the range of 26 to 32 yrs old (though most have been in the range of 19-24). But you know the type I'm describing, the career dancers who just shouldn't be there anymore. They can be some of the most pushy girls in the club, who often make money offering "extras" that you won't want to get from them.
Happy girls there to have fun. This is the sweet spot. They'll be full of energy. Not bitchy. Not pushy. They'll talk to you and take shots with you. They have genuine conversation about who you are and what you're all about. They dance because they like it or get a thrill from the attention. Maybe they are new to it, making money for college. Or maybe they have been there for a year.
