It looks great, reminds me of vivid weathers next gen install though. To break the look down, I'd say a lot of blur filters (dof), mist and fog. Some nice riverwood enhancing and 3d mods. I think a similar look could be achieved at a much less performance cost. For example the 4k mountains when the fog is covering them, not ideal.. wouldn't notice difference between 2k and 4k at best of times really. Im sure the blur effects could come cheaper too. But nonetheless a good visual was achieved :) well done, just a shame about the frames its unplayable for me personally but its a looker :D I really think theres a ton of stuff you could do to achieve a similar look at a much better performance though :) but who cares cool video.
