My thing is that Anderson should be practicing his throw to first, not the dugout. The guy has led the league in throwing errors both the last 2 years. A career .258 hitter coming into the year, with the 2nd lowest walk rate in baseball since 2016 he gets off to a hot start aided by a .488 BABIP...that's the guy who wants to pump a mid game home run at 0-0? In a mid-April game between the bottom 2 teams in the division, in a game they lost?

I'm all for showboating but this guy in that spot should probably just count his blessing he got to stay in the bigs this year. I mean it's not like they had a stud replacement in the minors they traded away when this game came up....oh wait they traded Tatis Jr because this guy was the SS of the future? How's that working out?
