Outlier did a phenomenal job handling the mix up, and I think it might be a good idea to chill for a sec and remember that our preconceptions are often skewed from how things really are, company's make mistakes(and that's ok), and that it's just textiles, man.

There was a packaging mix up on the Throws Of Passion release which likely effected your recent order. The Cobalt Passions went out in the Blue AF packaging and vice versa. We apologize for the mix up and are offering two options to make it right:
Option 1: Keep the passion you received on us. Let us know you’re hanging on to it and we’ll issue a full refund on that item.
Option 2: If you’d prefer to make the exchange, we will try our hardest to accommodate a straight swap if available. If you want to go this route we’ll send the right color out 2nd Day Air as early as Monday at no additional cost, pending availability. Then you can either keep the mislabelled Passion or send it back for a full refund. Availability will be finalized early next week.

The inventory options were different from the item that I ordered vs the unfortunate author of this post and in my experience, does a good job to fix it if they can.
I didn't screw anyone over by accepting a very generous response to a logistical screw up. The author of this post didn't get the item they wanted and that stinks. Stuff happens.
