Stuck outside of groups

While that's true and all, I'm honestly in a similar spot as the OP so I thought I'd offer my thoughts on that. In my case, most of my friends have graduated and the rest will do so before I do. While meeting them from time to time isn't out of the question, we don't live super close by to one another and I personally find that I'm at my best when I'm with friends or socially active.

As for the cliques...I dunno, it seems nearly impossible to enter one without it feeling super forced and awkward for either one of us lol. I agree friendship doesn't have to be a constant interaction everyday, but I definitely think it's not exactly an 'only once a week maybe' thing either. It's easy to feel isolated on campus if your friends aren't around, everyone's busy doing their own thing.
