Student demands SAT score be released after she's accused of cheating

I have no idea what evidence they have or don't, I hope she has a fair day in court, and I acknowledge that "a fair day in court" is easier said than done for a black woman in Florida. I am simply saying simplifying this to "a young woman was punished for improving" if an essay answer was similar to another student's. And maybe it wasn't an essay question, which would indeed make the ETS's point quite stupid. I phrased my comment as a question because I wanted to know if there was more information available. I didn't mean to imply that a black woman is incapable of improving her scores (she has a 3.1 gpa, so a good SAT score is absolutely in character for her), or that Florida doesn't have massive issues with racism.
