Stop making stupid passwords. Like the Equifax breach. The Admin account was fucking literally Admin: Admin. Social engineering is very common and most people don't realize that basic information they give out in casual conversation can be used to reset and change passwords.

Examples: Where were you born? Whats your maiden name? What was your highschool mascot? What was your first car?
Which are all things most people post on social media. And with a little digging looking into friends or family profiles you can find out more and more and more. And this is just using social engineering without actually breaching any IS.
