Students of Reddit, how is online school going?

Only you can decide if it is worth it. It is incredibly challenging but has the potential to be rewarding. To balance all three you need to be very organized and motivated. Make sure that you schedule time to do the reading and homework. Keep that time sacred no matter how you feel.

What happens when you get discouraged? What is it like when you get overwhelmed? Do you tend to give up or do you buckle down and keep going? You will have frustrating days and lots of times where you question your decisions. If you have a plan for those times it will be easier.

I am doing an online certificate program while working full time. One class a quarter, pretty easy. I have to be motivated to log in and do the work. It's not like going to a scheduled class.

My husband is attending WGU and works fulltime. Still online but more requirements. The classes he is interested in he finds incredibly easy. The required ones that aren't so in line with his skills he is really struggling with.

You can do this! Keep reminding yourself of the end goal and this will be a great experience for you!
