The vehicle display could say 5,000 miles of range... It has no impact on how far the car can actually travel on a single charge.
So let's do that "critical interpretation" of the data that you suggest:
Do you honestly believe a Chevy Bolt (which has ~13% less battery capacity and higher energy consumption per mile) has greater real world range than a Tesla Model 3?
Do you honestly think my Model 3 is a statistical outlier by 50%? That's an absurdly high "outlier".
I posted actual range tests from Inside EVs, Edmunds, and myself. All point to ~300+ miles real range vs. the study's claim of ~215 miles. It doesn't how many data points I provide you... You're going to move the goal posts and say "that's not enough".
